It is with excitement that we announce the relocation of our head office to 73 Miller Street, North Sydney after nearly 60 years in St Leonards. The ongoing growth of our company over the last six decades is a reflection of our strong position in the industry. While the decision to move has been a difficult one, we have outgrown our office space in St Leonards, and the opportunity to move into this A-Grade building made the decision a lot easier.

Our Managing Director, Rob Mackellar says, “We know the building well as we were the structural and façade engineers on the project. The prime location, sustainable design credentials, natural light, and the ability to create a great environment for all our staff on a single floor meant it stood out as the best place for TTW to create a new home.”

Situated on a prominent corner location directly adjacent to North Sydney railway station, 73 Miller St. has been transformed into a high quality A-Grade office building with ground floor retail and 13 levels of office accommodation. The refurbishment of the 30 year old existing building includes the installation of two new office floors plus the infill of existing floors creating larger floorplates.

The upgrade works which were completed in July 2020, included the installation of a contemporary façade, innovative foyer, modern end-of-trip facilities, the fastest lifts in Australia, and sustainable features including a rooftop photovoltaic system. Purpose-built to the highest standard, 73 Miller St. has some of the highest environmental ratings for a commercial building which include 5 Star Green Star Rating from the Green Building Council of Australia and 5 Star NABERS energy rating.

Located on the sixth floor with a working space of 1,720sqm, our new office will feature outstanding city and harbour views while providing the best office environment for our employees, clients and partners. Click here for a virtual tour.

Our strong relationship with ESR was another reason for choosing 73 Miller St. Phil Pearce, CEO of ESR Australia, said, “Having our project partner TTW sign a lease to occupy part of 73 Miller Street is testament to the project we delivered. I’m delighted at the outcomes we’ve achieved repositioning this asset into an A-grade commercial building.”

Our valued partners on the 73 Miller St. project were construction firm BuildCorp, who delivered the vision of the joint venture partners to the highest quality, along with TRS and Boutique Concepts.
