The Board of Directors of TTW is pleased to announce that from 1 July 2023, Robert Mackellar will be taking on the role of Chair of the Board, with Director Kevin Berry succeeding Rob as the Managing Director of TTW. This change is part of the continuing succession that has seen TTW at the forefront of engineering design for 65 years.

For the past six years, Rob has been at the helm of TTW in the Managing Director role, which has seen the fastest growth period in the company's history, including through the tough pandemic years. Rob will remain actively involved in the company and projects, and the new role as Chairman will include strategic direction, support for the continuation of TTW’s technical excellence, and to ensure our culture and values stay true to who we are.

Kevin leads by example in his client and staff relationships, and his extensive project portfolio testifies to his technical ability and business foresight. The Board is excited to see Kevin take on this role and we have no doubt that with his drive and integrity, he will continue to accomplish great things for TTW.

These leadership changes support our values and ongoing contribution to the built environment. Collaboration is at the core of what we do at TTW, and we will continue our approach of working in close collaboration with our clients, to promote knowledge-sharing and sustainability initiatives, and to push the boundaries of engineering excellence.

Congratulations Rob and Kevin.
