Currently in construction phase, the Walsh Bay Pier redevelopment will include additional space for leisure and retail businesses. Transforming the current open-air pier to a flexible waterfront venue, the plans will redesign the under-utilised space to become a new cultural epicentre for the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct.
TTW was engaged directly by INSW. The bespoke nature of this project requires working closely with the architects (Tonkin Zulaikha Greer & Hassell architects) and Contractor (Richard Crookes Construction) to deliver the project.
