A major extension to the existing courthouse in the CBD
The development consists of a brand new courthouse adjacent to the existing 1903 building and its refurbishment. The extension consists of a two-storey reinforced concrete framed building with pre-cast panel facade and steel roof, providing additional courtrooms; a new integrated registry office and improvements to security and building services.
