A visual depth to the Façade with a mixture of light and shade

Located in the Green Square precinct of South Sydney, site 9A is made up of 17 storeys, 148 apartments, 2 levels of basement carpark, ground floor retail and a music room. The Façade design is a strong expression of the feature pods defined by the use of Terracotta cladding to match the heritage brick of the original light industrial precinct. Slot windows are provided along the North Face to afford privacy from the adjacent residential development. The East and West elevations are expressed with light weight sliding screens to provide solar protection. The screen device will provide great visual depth to the Façade with a mixture of light and shade.
