High quality urban design and sophistication, redefining seaside living

The site's close proximity to the ocean was key to all aspects of this project, from concept design to material use and construction. The 45-unit complex is designed to be synergistic with its surroundings; aesthetically fitting with the vast rugged coastline and taking best advantage of spectacular views; while adapting to the inherent exposure to harsh conditions and ensuring the building has minimal impact on the fragile coastal environment in which it sits.
The 45-unit complex features elegant, durable, external cladding and wall finishes with inbuilt longevity; face brick, metal cladding, concrete and steel. The sleek urban design is formed by a long thin structure in three parts. The central section features strong horizontal lines and distinctive scissor shaped balconies that capitalise on the views, while ensuring full northerly orientation and maximum sunshine and air flow for every apartment.
The structure leverages the architectural features and material components to naturally assist with heating and cooling needs year round, as well as providing efficient use and conservation of both energy and rainwater.
Solis Apartments showcases a sophisticated urban structure that has been designed and executed to be in harmony with its surroundings and to provide high quality living for its residents.
