A new ADF facility with the capacity to seat 1200 people per sitting
Works consisted of 11 stages spread across the 2km base at Blamey Barracks. The key features of the project include: a new Mess facility with the capacity to seat 1200 people per sitting; a new ECHO Company precinct with 360 bed accommodation; parade grounds and armouries; an RAP and Dental building including treatment ward, resuscitation and triage, 4 surgeries and X-Ray facilities; a gymnasium precinct including a new 30m indoor pool and an electronic shooting range.
