The first commercial development of its kind in the area, IKEA Alam Sutera is made up of 2 retail storeys over semi-basement parking and is situated over GFA 65,000m2 . The Structure consisted of precast floor planks on post tensioned beams with exposed high quality concrete floor toppings.
