    An 8-storey, 98 bed student accommodation facility with convenient access to surrounding universities; UTS, The University of Sydney and the University of Notre Dame. The structure was designed to be in keeping with surrounding heritage buildings, yet provoke a modern and community-inspired atmosphere for students.

    The successful delivery of the stand out project lead to TTW being commissioned as the structural, civil and Façade engineers for IGLU Chatswood in 2014.
