The 5000sqm Capital Region Cancer Centre was designed to create a comfortable, non- clinical ambience

The Capital Region Cancer Centre is a purpose-built facility to bring world class cancer treatment and related services to the ACT community. Part of the Canberra Hospital complex, this new construction consists of 6 storeys, including a basement level. The building was designed to work within the existing structures and to be constructed within the constraints of a working hospital.

The concrete framed building incorporates an Ambulatory Care Clinic, Day Therapy Centre, Research facilities, meetings spaces for community groups, clinical administration, and patient information and support services.
