A new state of the art aged care home connecting the natural landscape to the built environment.

A new 3-storey aged care home offering 144 beds to aged residents in the Baulkham Hills community. The client brief required connection with the generous outdoor landscape that surrounds the site; being paramount for the mental health and well being of aged care residents. The facility was designed to provide for maximum natural light, ventilation and opening windows and skylights in the corridors.

The successful delivery of this project, meeting the client's expectations on budget and completing construction within the required timeframe, continued a long term relationship with BUPA and architects Calder Flower.
