TTW partnered with Lohas to provide facade engineering design development and certification for the Flexbrick screen at Brighton Homes Arena in Springfield, Brisbane.

The suspended brick screen is an innovative flexible wire screen with terracotta tile inserts hung off a structural steel frame.

The large one-metre-wide and nine-metre-long panels were installed in a single lift, offering a speedy installation and effective alternative for decorative facade screens.

The innovative flexible screen was hung off the building in front of the facade envelope, thereby shielding the building from direct sunlight, offering impressive façade,  temperature control and reduced cooling requirements.
