The new development will hold the record for the tallest residential building in the suburb.

Located on the prime suburb of Macquarie Park, the new development will include two tall towers of 22 and 23 storeys which, when completed, will hold the record for the tallest residential building in the suburb. The buildings consist of 285 apartments and 234 car spaces within three basement car park.

The unique design features a "Three Finger" shape with a specific orientation that enables 85% of the apartment to have dual aspect and 190-270 degree stunning views. This innovative shape and direction require major transfer structure as all tower columns and walls do not line up with the basement columns. TTW structural engineers developed a creative approach to utilise the common walls at the lower level to provide support for the tower and therefore eliminating 80% of transfer structure.
