What the role entails

  • Provide executive support to senior managers, including diary management.

  • Organise office repairs, maintenance, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.

  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, staff gifts, office catering, functions, conferences and client events.

  • Foster a positive office culture and support staff wellbeing initiatives.

  • Manage and schedule fun office social events.

  • Coordinate and track resource meetings, ensuring managers are prepared.

  • Maintain a safe workplace, manage WHS procedures, and oversee compliance requirements.

  • Assist with staff onboarding and liaise with the HR team to ensure strong employee support and engagement.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant role.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Strong multitasking ability with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • A positive, professional, and approachable manner.

Desirable skills include:

  • Experience in the construction industry.

  • Financial administration experience.

  • Current First Aid certificate.
