What the role entails

Provide executive support to senior managers, including diary management.

Organise office repairs, maintenance, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.

Coordinate travel, accommodation, staff gifts, office catering, functions, conferences and client events.

Foster a positive office culture and support staff wellbeing initiatives.

Manage and schedule fun office social events.

Coordinate and track resource meetings, ensuring managers are prepared.

Maintain a safe workplace, manage WHS procedures, and oversee compliance requirements.

Assist with staff onboarding and liaise with the HR team to ensure strong employee support and engagement.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant role.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Strong multitasking ability with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A positive, professional, and approachable manner.
Desirable skills include:

Experience in the construction industry.

Financial administration experience.

Current First Aid certificate.
