You will:
- Be responsible for the management and preparation of façade documentation.
- Produce drafting on large and medium projects autonomously
- Manage and execute the designs of façade systems and details
- The ability to execute and manage drawings/ document control using various related platforms such as Aconex for example.
- Use of AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Coordinate and liaise with drafters, designers and engineers
- Liaise with clients and architects on the preparation and coordination of documentation
- Competently convey façade designs into drawing format which can be interpreted by architects and builders.
About you:
This role is ideally suited to someone with:
- Relevant TAFE qualification or equivalent
- 2+ years’ relevant experience in a similar role in consulting or contractor business.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of AutoCAD and similar software
- Experience with BIM and/or Revit will be an advantage.
- Understanding of BCA and relevant Australian Standards
- Professional level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solving/analytical skills
