You will:
- Monitor the team inbox, intaking jobs and seeking additional information from SMEs within business where required
- Ensure compliance to bid administration processes that have been established
- Preparation of small to medium tenders and fee submissions
- Document formatting for fee proposals, letters, certificates, reports, specifications, presentations and ensure they adhere to formatting guidelines
- Updating our CRM and Project Management Systems as required
- Assist with the maintenance of the Content Library – CVs, Project Descriptions, Capability Statements etc.
About you:
This role is ideally suited to someone with:
- Graduate or Junior entry level bid coordinator with minimal to no experience but is a quick learner.
- Previous work in a similar industry, or exposure to the construction process is desirable.
- Strong proficiency in reading and analysing technical documentation
- Advanced skills in productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prioritise demands, work under pressure and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written communication and writing skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver high-quality outputs
