The University of Canberra Hospital provides capacity for 140 overnight beds, 75 day spaces for admitted patients as well as outpatient services. As a sub-acute facility, it focuses on rehabilitation for mental illness or those recovering from surgery, illness, or injury via gyms, a hydrotherapy pool, kitchens, and rehabilitation courtyards.  
 
TTW undertook the Civil and Traffic design of the external road works and basement car parking, as well as the Façade Engineering. 
 
The 21,584sqm facility is set over 4 levels and includes a basement carpark as well as rooftop plant rooms.
