Graduate Training Program

Our engineers work on a wide range of projects gaining experience in a variety of fields from high rise office buildings on the city skyline to university laboratories, environmental projects, sculptures, major road re-designs and much more.

Each graduate is guided by a mentor through their first four years in the company and they are trained in all technical aspects of design as well as how construction sites run. Learning from an experienced engineer allows everyone to see how we tackle problems and forge relationships, learning how to communicate with architects, project managers, clients and the design team. By the end of the scheme, the engineer will have all the tools and experience to enable an application for the Engineers Australia CEng accreditation.

Industrial training program

We value the need to train and mentor our future leaders. We annually take on penultimate year undergraduate students for their compulsory Industrial Training. The students are selected up to 6 months in advance and are trained in both design and construction aspects of structural, civil, façade and traffic engineering.

Students that excel in technical problem solving and communication are offered a 12-month part-time job in their final year with a prospect of a position with TTW upon completion of their degree.
