While our pay policy is impartial, a gender pay gap still exists when comparing the average amounts paid to women and men at TTW. It's noteworthy that our pay gap is lower than the industry benchmark in the engineering consultancies, demonstrating our commitment to progress. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that there is more work to be done.
