What projects have shaped your career and why?

Walthamstow Arcade, Walthamstow, London; was my first large scale project as the lead design engineer. The project was a mixed-use development with five storeys of residential apartments over retail space with a basement cinema. The knowledge and technical skills developed on this project gave me confidence in my abilities as an engineer and installed in me a desire to contribute to complex projects.
