In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of planning and managing resources for small to medium-sized projects or key parts of larger projects
  • Apply deep engineering knowledge to design and deliver smart solutions
  • Collaborate closely with senior staff to tackle complex problems with innovative thinking
  • Prepare high-quality designs, documentation, specifications, reports, and fee proposals
  • Ensure deliverables align with client requirements and project timelines

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Membership with Engineers Australia (required)
  • CPEng / NER accreditation
  • 2–3 years of experience in structural engineering
  • Strong knowledge of the BCA and relevant Australian Standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and structural design software
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently
