The Opportunity:

This is an exciting growing period for TTW and our HR team has a key part to play on this journey. As a HR Consultant this role will report directly into our experienced Senior HR manager. You will be supporting the team in key areas of the employee life cycle from recruiting, onboarding, performance management, off boarding and operational needs

You will:

  • Oversee and manage daily HR operations, ensuring all HR processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application and advising managers and employees as needed.
  • Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Compile and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and insights, preparing reports for management and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee experiences by identifying pain points and implementing solutions that promote a positive workplace culture.

About you:

This role is ideally suited to someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Generalist/HR Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems ELMO (will be beneficial) and data management.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization and communicate HR policies and practices clearly and tactfully.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to address HR challenges and make sound decisions based on best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Attention to Detail: High standards for accuracy in data management, documentation, and process execution.
