A $400 million redevelopment across two stage construction

Heralding a new era in retail, dining and entertainment for southwest Sydney, Stockland have planned a $400 million redevelopment for the Wetherill Park precinct. Aiming to attract and cater for a growing population, Wetherill Park will be a world class destination.

A new dining precinct, the state's first Jamie Oliver-endorsed Ministry of Food restaurant and 500 extra carparks will be open at Stockland at Wetherill Park by December.
