Dee Why, NSW
The district of Dee Why in Sydney’s Northern Beaches will soon receive a state of the art community facility. The concept design visualised by FJMT architects, features an open and welcoming aesthetic, providing a building of quality, durability and engagement.
The facility is trademarked with a striking curved roof that is partially translucent to enhance sustainable natural light. Green walls surround the façade to help the building blend in with the natural surrounds.
The building offers two multi-use indoor sports courts, a youth drop in centre and study rooms, three multi-purpose community rooms, PCYC counselling services, cafeteria and parking for 348 cars.
