How has your role of project manager evolved at TTW?
The age we live in requires me to act quickly to the needs of our clients; it’s important that as a company we rely on our experience but also are adaptive to new methods and new technologies. My role also extends to mentoring the evolving generation and the future leaders of TTW.
You’ve been at TTW for over two decades – what do you think makes TTW so successful?
The philosophy is still the same – we work on projects that are bespoke, that challenge our creative thinking as engineers and require us to constantly learn more about technology, materials or industry trends. TTW has been a major player in the industry for over 58 years and we continue to work on projects from almost every sector.
