Taylor Thomson Whitting place a high priority on
staff development and a good working environment.
We are linked with Engineers Australia Development Program to ensure all our engineers attain their NPER Accreditation status. We have an ongoing training schedule for our engineers and drafting staff which include both internal and external seminars and in-house training courses.
Each year we take on a minimum of two graduate engineers and two drafting apprentices. TTW have an Engineers Exchange Scheme with Buro Happold, where an Engineer is transferred to the UK for one year for overseas experience.

Whitting holiday houses located in Shoal Bay
and Jindabyne.
The Taylor Thomson Whitting social committee are continually organising extra curricular activities such as wine tasting nights, bowling nights, pool and table tennis competitions and lunchtime BBQ’s.
